Soft99 Voucher – Terms and Conditions

1. Soft99 Vouchers are single-use electronic coupons issued in Euro (EUR) and Polish Złoty (PLN) which can only be redeemed against all products online at store.soft99.eu.

2. Soft99 Vouchers can be used as full or part payment. Purchases made online with vouchers are not refundable in cash.

3. If the value of the ordered goods is lower than the value of the voucher used, the difference between the goods ordered and the value of the voucher shall be forfeited, which means in particular that the remaining amount cannot be used for a subsequent order, and that Soft99 Europe shall not be obliged to reimburse the nominal value of the difference.

4. The expiry date of the voucher is shown on the voucher. Soft99 Europe will not be responsible for money not redeemed before expiration of the voucher.

5. Soft99 Vouchers come in form of a PDF file that will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of purchase.

6. Soft99 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.

7. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.

8. Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase.

9. Soft99 Europe reserves the right to cancel a voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift voucher remains our property.

10. Promotional discount codes cannot be used against Soft99 Voucher purchases. This includes Black Friday promotions and newsletter sign up promotions, as well as all other promotions unless stated otherwise.

11. Soft99 Vouchers will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Soft99 Europe is not responsible for funds on the voucher used without your knowledge.

12. Soft99 Europe reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes are valid from the date of their introduction. The Soft99 Vouchers terms and conditions can be accessed online at shop.soft99.eu

13. These terms and conditions shall apply from December 1st 2021.
