CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS for "Protection Time Contest”

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the "Soft99 Products Contest" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest"), is the company Nowy Samochód S.A. with its registered office at ul. Zbyszka Cybulskiego 3, 00-725 Warsaw, Poland, having Tax Identification Number (NIP) 521 367 03 88 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer")

2. The Organizer is the founder of the prize.

3. the contest is not created, administered or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook is a trademark registered by Facebook, Inc.

4. The contest is conducted on www.facebook.com/Soft99Europe (hereinafter referred to as "Fanpage").

§ 2. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The Contest is open only to natural persons, consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Polish Civil Code, having full legal capacity, except for the Organizer's employees.

2. The condition of taking part is:

a. having a verified account on Facebook,

b. Checking "Like" on Fanpage.

3. The contest runs from 11.03.2022 12:00 CET to 14.03.2022 23:59 CET.

4. The Organizer is not responsible for any disruptions in the operation of ICT links, servers, interfaces, browsers, Facebook and the Contest Application.

5. The Organizer is not responsible for temporary or permanent blocking of the page or application from Facebook.

§ 3. CONTEST TASK

1. The contest task is to place a comment describing Fusso technology in 5 emoticons in the comments section under the contest post.  

2. 3 (in words: three) winners will be selected in the contest.

3. The employees of the Organizer's company will choose the photos that they think are the most impressive and interesting, thus the winner of the contest will be selected.

4. The winners of the Contest will be notified about the prize and the conditions of receiving the prize via a message sent on Facebook or by e-mail.

§ 4. THE PRIZE

1. The prize in the contest is: Protection Time Set.

2. The prize will be sent by post.

3 The prize should be collected not later than 25.03.2022 After this date, the prize expires.

4. The organizer has the right to provide the Winner's details on the Fanpage.

5. The Organizer is not responsible for the lack of possibility to transfer the prize due to reasons attributable to the Participant. In such a case the prize is lost.

6. The organizer is not responsible for incorrect data provided during registration, in particular for changing personal data that makes it impossible to find the Participant who received the prize.

7. In the case of detecting activities inconsistent with the Regulations, attempts to influence the selection of the Winner in an unauthorized manner, in particular by setting up fictitious private profiles on Facebook, the Participant may be excluded from the Contest.

8. The Winner may waive the Prize, but is not entitled to a cash equivalent or any other prize in return.

§ 5. COMPLAINTS

1. All complaints regarding the conduct of the Contest should be submitted in writing during the Contest, but no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the prizes are issued.

2. A complaint submitted after the specified deadline does not have legal effects.

3. The written complaint should include the name, surname, exact address of the Participant and a detailed description and justification of the complaint. The complaint should be sent by registered letter to the Organiser's address with the note "Soft99 Products Contest".

4. Complaints will be considered in writing within 30 days.

§ 6. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal regulations shall apply.

2. Disputes relating to and resulting from the Contest will be resolved by a common court of law with jurisdiction over the Organizer's seat.

3. the Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Contest during its duration. Information about changes will be posted on the Fanpage.
